Lecture Summary

Lithium-ion battery electrochemical impedance can effectively respond to the safety of the battery, but unlike the static working condition of the energy storage battery, the power battery state is always changing, mainly determined by the motor operating conditions of electric vehicles. Here, two motor-battery system impedance monitoring platforms are constructed for comparative analysis of impedance measurement, and self-developed impedance measurement can achieve 27Ah LiFePO4 battery impedance stably. It is found that there is a strong correlation between the battery impedance amplitude and the internal temperature of the battery, and the corresponding relationship is obtained through calibration and validation.
